I ordered a Beautiful Orchid Corsage recently for a friend's ball. The placing of the order was an issue due to our internet that kept dropping out during the process. A swift email from Emma confirming only one corsage had been debited from my card was a relief. It was delivered very well packaged with a little note how to keep it fresh until needed. The corsage complimented the dress and was just the right size. I would definitely use the florist again and recommend it to friends.
Ordered the wild flowers for Valentines day from UK for delivery in Perth. They were lovely flowers and much appreciated. No problems with order or delivery. Big thumbs up from me.
Got delivered a flower composition to my girlfriend for Valentine’s and she absolutely loved it!Prompt delivery and nice touch with the hand written note.5 starts deserved
Order process was great and the flowers were beautiful and much appreciated by the recipientBut I'm afraid the finishing touch of the accompanying card was a little disappointingThe card was a cut and paste effort from the email order and did not fit the card so the hanging bit was folded overI'm sure that the minute or so to hand write this personal message may have been more in touch with the client.As your business name is "A Touch of Class" I feel you dropped the ball on this one.
Spoke with Emma and she made a beautiful arrangement with a Sunflower request in it.As the delivery time for that morning had passed by, Emma made the late order and had it delivered as promised only a couple of hours later.Perfect Customer Service and HIGHLY recommend A Touch Of Class Florist for any floral needs.Thanks Emma.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDA touch of class florist is a MUST if you want to receive a beautiful and fresh bouquet of flowers!This florist is extremely consistent in producing beautiful floral displays any time of the year. It is a go to for reliable delivery and quality service.The online process is straight forward and you are able to add a note or contact the staff if you had something in mind that was not shown in the picture, but please allow the staff to have some creative flexibility (due to seasonality of flowers) - IMO, you won’t be disappointed with the result!I have used many florist over the years and in different counties, and IMO this is a world class florist, who really aims to meet the brief.
Beautiful Sympathy Cross in white just delivered early as per special request to take to a morning funeral. Faultless service from initial email enquiry to order to delivery. I think the cross looks even bigger and nicer than the photos on the website show. Very satisfied and appreciative customer...thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE.I received an arrangement from this florist for Mothers Day. Beautiful arrangement but there was a problem with some of the flowers. I realise this can happen with the volume of flowers delivered on this day. However, after my complaint I received a fresh arrangement as soon as it coukd be arranged. Its how you deal with problems is s sign of a good business.
I ordered the flowers for my friends birthday using their same day delivery service and they were beautiful. Awesome delivery driver!! He was delivering a gift box to a family with a new baby. Mum had just gone to sleep. Dad had a “just got to sleep” baby on his chest when we saw the delivery driver arrive and he was waiting in horror for the doorbell to go and wake everyone up. The driver saw him through the window and waved to him not to get up and indicated that he’d leave the hamper at the front door. Awesome service. Thanks guys. Really appreciated!! PS - gift box was also awesome.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough! I came to them with a last-minute request with a vague idea of what I wanted for a flower crown for the birthday girl ~ they responded immediately, professionally took the lead on colour schemes and what flora to utilise, and were so helpful in meeting a delivery window, with overall absolutely reasonable pricing.The flower crown with their handwritten card looked stunning, and birthday girl was over the moon and everyone was full of compliments.A++, thank you!!

The quality of the flowers and the customer service is so good. I've known this company for years and I am a big supporter of small businesses like this because they take care and provide good old-fashioned customer service and will talk to you promptly if there's any further information they need to complete the delivery. After placing my order for a set of Roses three days prior to Valentines day 2020 they failed to deliver to my lovely wife. What made matters worse, several calls were made during the day to verify the order and delivery, only to be told the delivery was still on schedule. Well that did not eventuate.......... One week on I'm still waiting on my refund. Thanks guys for making Valentines day 2020 all that extra special. In the end went to a local florist in the city who was more than happy to help me in this prickly predicament and saved money. A touch of class...........Mmmm not on this occasion

The worst service i have ever had, and when the flowers finally turned up late, the wrapping was ruined and the rose didnt even look like a rose, terrible. What makes it worse is the fact that it was for my valentine, im not happy at all!
Took a bit of a gamble as I ordered the flowers from the UK so wasn't sure how good the florists were. I was not disappointed when I saw a picture of the flowers from Touch of Class. They were beautiful and just as good, if not better, than the pictures on the website.
