I wanted to buy a nice potted arrangement of cacti as a Thank You gift. I could not find anything suitable/nice in a garden nursery. I then looked at the 'A Touch of Class' Florist website and found exactly what I was looking for! The cost of the arrangements (2 x $30) plus delivery $17.50 was very reasonable to me so I ordered.I was delighted when they were delivered the next day. Simply stunning! I lost my sister who died. I live in Victoria Australia. Had a long search of the internet and loved the name of the florist and the arrangement delivered was exactly as per the posted picture. Thank you for such a lovely arrangement. It was wonderful for my nephew and his family to reflect on during this sad time. The second arrangement was amazing too bought for a family of a friend who recently passed away.. My friend really appreciated it and was thrilled to get it.
I chose this florist at random but was attracted by the name. I was sending flowers from the UK to a House-moving daughter in Perth. And they did not disappoint! Beautiful plants and bouquets, prompt delivery and very polite respectful communications! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
I ordered the large white wreath. The flower arrived on time, similar to the display photo. The disappointment was the ugly handwriting on the card with spelling error of the name. The handwritten card does not match the elegance of the flower with its price.
I ordered a Beautiful Orchid Corsage recently for a friend's ball. The placing of the order was an issue due to our internet that kept dropping out during the process. A swift email from Emma confirming only one corsage had been debited from my card was a relief. It was delivered very well packaged with a little note how to keep it fresh until needed. The corsage complimented the dress and was just the right size. I would definitely use the florist again and recommend it to friends.
Ordered the wild flowers for Valentines day from UK for delivery in Perth. They were lovely flowers and much appreciated. No problems with order or delivery. Big thumbs up from me.

Order process was great and the flowers were beautiful and much appreciated by the recipientBut I'm afraid the finishing touch of the accompanying card was a little disappointingThe card was a cut and paste effort from the email order and did not fit the card so the hanging bit was folded overI'm sure that the minute or so to hand write this personal message may have been more in touch with the client.As your business name is "A Touch of Class" I feel you dropped the ball on this one.

It is a go to for reliable delivery and quality service.The online process is straight forward and you are able to add a note or contact the staff if you had something in mind that was not shown in the picture, but please allow the staff to have some creative flexibility (due to seasonality of flowers) - IMO, you won’t be disappointed with the result!I have used many florist over the years and in different counties, and IMO this is a world class florist, who really aims to meet the brief.
Beautiful Sympathy Cross in white just delivered early as per special request to take to a morning funeral. Faultless service from initial email enquiry to order to delivery. I think the cross looks even bigger and nicer than the photos on the website show. Very satisfied and appreciative customer...thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE.I received an arrangement from this florist for Mothers Day. Beautiful arrangement but there was a problem with some of the flowers. I realise this can happen with the volume of flowers delivered on this day. However, after my complaint I received a fresh arrangement as soon as it coukd be arranged. Its how you deal with problems is s sign of a good business.

Awesome delivery driver!! He was delivering a gift box to a family with a new baby. Mum had just gone to sleep. Dad had a “just got to sleep” baby on his chest when we saw the delivery driver arrive and he was waiting in horror for the doorbell to go and wake everyone up. The driver saw him through the window and waved to him not to get up and indicated that he’d leave the hamper at the front door. Awesome service. Thanks guys. Really appreciated!! I came to them with a last-minute request with a vague idea of what I wanted for a flower crown for the birthday girl ~ they responded immediately, professionally took the lead on colour schemes and what flora to utilise, and were so helpful in meeting a delivery window, with overall absolutely reasonable pricing.The flower crown with their handwritten card looked stunning, and birthday girl was over the moon and everyone was full of compliments.A++, thank you!!

After placing my order for a set of Roses three days prior to Valentines day 2020 they failed to deliver to my lovely wife. What made matters worse, several calls were made during the day to verify the order and delivery, only to be told the delivery was still on schedule. Well that did not eventuate.......... One week on I'm still waiting on my refund. Thanks guys for making Valentines day 2020 all that extra special. In the end went to a local florist in the city who was more than happy to help me in this prickly predicament and saved money. A touch of class...........Mmmm not on this occasion
